Sessions

I am located in central New Hampshire and I work exclusively on location, meaning that we can discuss the best location for your photos and we will meet there for your session. This location can be your home, a park/playground, beach, or any other location that would work well for your session.

Session fee (excluding travel):

– $55 for up to 2 people
-$65 for 3-5 people
-Contact me for 6+ people

Any session, which will take place outside of a 15-mile range, will be charged an additional fee for travel. Please contact me to discuss locations you have in mind or if you would like any suggestions I may have. If I know what kind of look you want in your photos I may be able to help you choose a location that is relatively near by. Once I know the location I can give you an estimate on what this fee will be.

You must book your session at least two weeks in advance. Keep in mind that I can’t guarantee the specific time and date you want to be available so booking 3-6 weeks in advance is recommended.  All session and travel fees are due at the time of booking. Your session date is not reserved until I receive these.  All fees are Non-Refundable.

A session typically lasts 1-3 hours. This will include looking for good lighting and backgrounds, but not my travel to the location.

You will receive 50-100 proofs on a password protected online gallery that have basic retouching done, within 1-2 weeks after your session. I will e-mail you your user ID and password when your gallery is ready as well as a copy of ordering information. All online proofing galleries can be found on my website under proofing.  A CD of watermarked proofs is available in place of the online proofs upon request and at no extra charge. Please contact me if neither of these options is desirable and we can work something else out for you.

All proofs will only consist of the images I choose to show you. This means that I will edit out photos that are repetitive, have eyes closed, is blurry, etc.

All photos are available in either Color or Black & White. Your proof gallery will have a few photos in Color and Black & White to show you what they could look like both ways.

Print Ordering & Payment

Print ordering must take place within 14 days of your gallery going online (or the day you receive your CD). You can place your order through e-mail or over the phone. If you end up needing more than 14 days to place your order there is a $25 fee to extend it another 14 days.

A processing fee of $12 should be calculated into every print order.

Full payment is due within 1 week following your order allowing you time to mail or deliver your payment. I only accept cash and personal checks. (Checks must be made out to Holly Field) I do not begin to fully edit your images or placing your order until I receive full payment. All payments are Non-Refundable.

Receiving Your Order

You can expect your order within 2-4 weeks after it is placed.  You can make arrangements to pick it up or pay extra to have it shipped to you. This shipping price will vary depending on your personal order. If you desire this option please let me know at the time you place your order and I can calculate out the shipping for you then. .  If you need your order before the 2-4 week time period it will be considered a rush order and you will be charged a rush fee of $25.

All Sales are Final
I am only responsible for your images up until they leave my studio. All sales are final. There is no replacing or exchanges made after you place your order.  Replacements will only be made if any damaged is caused while they are in my studio. When you come to pick them up it is your responsibility to check them before you leave and you will be required to sign a delivery acceptance form stating you approve them. If you choose to have them shipped to you than you are responsible for that risk and I will no longer be held responsible for them once they are in the mail.
